On the straightforward mission to assassinate a higher ranking Demacian officer, Katarina winds up spotting more productive quarry - a Demacian General. Determined with taking matters into her very own hands, she ignores her orders and assassinates the typical instead. In the end, who could resist such an opportunity?

Little does she understand that the officer that they released found themselves slaughtering a Noxian regiment in the field the next day. Noxian High Command wasn't pleased and she or he was duly sentenced for insubordination. Katarina's own father, General Du Couteau, orders her to endure punishment from the depraved Torturemaster of Noxus. In this ancient and vile city, tradition goes before blood... and as the brash young assassin is going to discover - ancient Noxian punishments can be exhausting!
